Founded November 14, 1978 by Seraphin Ackermann, SADECO SA has had some twists before locating in Bassecourt. After launching his business in a workshop in Chevenez then in a barn Bonfol, Mr. Ackerman moved in 1978 to Vendlincourt. Five years later, after the fire of his factory where he saved the life of his workers, the young entrepreneur decided to bounce Bassecourt.

In winter 2008, SADECO SA celebrates its thirtieth anniversary and the opportunity to launch an expansion project to double its production area. On June 27, 2009, the company became an orphan of its founding father. His wife and children took over the family business, not without a huge void that great worker with a big heart has left them.

In spring 2010, after having resisted the economic crisis, the new management decided to revive the expansion project.
